With an experienced group of professionals, AM Designs provides design and engineering services for residential remodels, additions, accessory dwelling units (ADU), and commercial/retail projects. We partner with local construction companies, for an efficient design-build delivery process that streamlines construction drawing development, agency approvals, all the while keeping you on your budget. Our services can take your project from conception through project completion with proven results.
Our Process
We start with a no-obligation free design consultation to help define our clients project SCOPE, SCHEDULE, BUDGET; the three main drivers for any successful project. Once the client-design team have a clear understanding of the projects needs, a Design & Engineering Proposal is drafted and signed to continue the journey. We work through documenting existing conditions, than work through schematic design, moving on to developing construction documents for permitting, before finishing up with the plan check review through approvals/permitting. If a builder is in need we have relationships with licensed contractors that can bring the design to life all on schedule and within budget.
